If you're over 18, have a valid form of photo ID (a passport is required if you're not a UK national), and a bank account, you're eligible to join. You'll also need a device to work from, such as a laptop, PC, phone, or tablet.
Becoming a model can feel overwhelming, but as your team, we're here to guide, support, and boost your confidence every step of the way. Once you’ve been onboarded, you’ll be added to a WhatsApp group with our fantastic admin team. We're here to uplift, empower, and motivate you, helping you recognise your true beauty and potential.
Do you accept couples?
Of course! We’ll need to create a separate profile for the other person and get them onboarded too! Once everything is set up, you can log in just like you do with your individual profile. We will then work with you to schedule your posts and tag the other profile.
Do I have to look a certain way?
Absolutely not! At HOB Management, you're a Social Media Influencer first, and we encourage you to show your personality through your socials. In turn, this allows your fans to get to know you, generating loyal fans and boosting your income. We believe that every body type is beautiful. Do I have to pay tax?

We recommend that our models follow all guidelines and regulations, but ultimately, it’s your responsibility to report your earnings to HMRC since you are self-employed. We can provide guidance on what steps to take, including managing expenses, setting up accounts, and recommending professionals. As with any income, you are required to declare your earnings and pay taxes. We cannot take responsibility for any issues related to unpaid taxes.

Can I leave at any time?
Of course! If you decide it is time to part ways, that is absolutely okay. We've heard horror stories of OFM Agencies who have had their models' socials banned, withdrawn money from their sites etc! We will never do this.
